In your email, please include: device model, iOS version, app version, and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots are very helpful for troubleshooting.

Account Deletion
账号注销
If you want to delete your SpeedShort account, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request", and include the following:
- Your user ID (you can find it in the app in Mine → Settings → About).
- The email address or login method you used in the app (for example, Apple ID / Google / email).
- Any additional information that can help us locate your account.
After we receive your request, we will delete your account and related personal data that we are not legally required to keep (for example, transaction records required for tax or accounting). This action is irreversible.
如需注销 SpeedShort 账号,请发送邮件至 [email protected],邮件标题请注明 “账号注销申请”,并在邮件中提供以下信息:
- 您的用户 ID(可在 App 内“我的 → 设置 → About”中查看)。
- 您在 App 内使用的登录方式或邮箱(例如 Apple ID / Google / 邮箱账号)。
